Introduction

By accessing this website and placing an order with Jabal Al Riad, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.

Products & Made-to-Measure Orders

Many of our products including curtains, blinds and wallpapers are made to measure based on the dimensions confirmed during your consultation. Because these items are produced specifically for you, they are non-returnable unless faulty.

• Measurements are confirmed in writing before production begins.
• Colours may vary slightly from on-screen images due to display settings.
• Fabric availability is subject to stock at the time of order.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are subject to change without notice. Quotations are valid for 14 days from the date issued. A deposit may be required to begin production of made-to-measure items, with the balance due before or upon installation.

Delivery & Installation

We deliver and install across Dubai. Lead times are estimates and begin once measurements and payment terms are confirmed. We will schedule installation at a mutually convenient time and take care to protect your property during fitting.

Warranty

We provide a warranty on tracks, motors and fittings against manufacturing defects under normal domestic use. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents or unauthorized repairs.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jabal Al Riad shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or services. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
